For first-time clients, we require a full-service itinerary with a minimum trip budget of $25,000 and a planning fee of $1,200 per week of travel. After we’ve established a working relationship, we’re happy to offer more flexibility—trip minimums may be waived at our discretion, and hotel-only bookings will be available with a reduced fee.
