Everything really exceeded our expectations. The granular planning and notes for us like when we needed to leave for things we were driving ourselves to was much appreciated and took any guess work out of things. Having all the on the ground logistics fully handled with easy contacts for us to confirm or communicate any details directly with drivers was excellent. More importantly the piece of mind of knowing that we were going to get exactly what we expected when we checked-in to a hotel with no surprises on the configuration or amenities was huge for us as traveling with children doesn't always allow for much flexibility on these things. Pam exceeded expectations, and I had some pretty high expectations. She is exactly what you want in your travel consultant. First and foremost is her knowledge of Paris -- from where to stay, to where to eat to what to do. Excellent recommendations for all of those. (Though we might have to argue about the escargots. Pam said her favorite were at Le Comptoir. Our favorite were at Cafe Varenne!!) Second was Pam's responsiveness to our requests. She got us all the museum tickets we wanted and, working with our hotel concierge, got us all the dinner reservations we wanted. That included a reservation at Frenchie, which is almost impossible to make on your own!!

This was my first time using a travel advisor to plan a trip, but it won't be the last. Where do I start?? At the beginning of the trip i guess....who knew that a VIP meet and greet to make a tight connection was even a thing? Not only did Fausto- the owner of the company- meet us at our gate and guide us through the airport but he had already collected our boarding passes for the new flight we were on after an 8 hour delay from the US! I'm not sure how I will ever travel without a VIP meet and greet ever again ;). At each hotel we were met with notes and amenities all thanks to you and when our room in Rome was not ready when we arrived (early and before check in time) the concierge bought us drinks at the bar. For anyone who thinks they don't need a travel advisor I say you're wrong!

Pamela helped engineer one of the most epic experiences of our lifetime – a week in Sicily and a week in Greece where we learned how to shop and then cook a meal in Palermo – walked ancients walls of Taormina and enjoyed Italian opera, climbed an active volcano at Mt Etna, ate fish for lunch in Milos that was swimming earlier in the day, swam in the blue lagoons of Paros, walked along the Parthenon in Athens and soaked up wonderful sun, surf, food, culture, and time together. We would highly recommend Pam - she planned a spectacular trip for us. We loved that we did not have to think about anything once we got there.
